License Key Invalid

Yesterday I lost the ability to reboot Windows XP. So I installed a new drive and installed windows on it. I still have the old drive with Reaper and my virtual instruments. The problem: Reaper is not recognizing my license. I installed the newest version of reaper (my license is good through 4.99), but Reaper says my license key (pulled from the original email from Reaper) is invalid. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the trouble! Your license came in form of a key file attachment and REAPER wants you to point the import dialog to that file, but you can also use the key code in the license email directly. More detailed instructions on registering REAPER using the key file or the clipboard and the license email are here:

I tried several times and it didn't work. Perhaps it needs to recognize my computer and doesn't. I don't know. I did download the most recent version of Reaper. Thanks for the help.
