Engine management light, you will need to have the fault codes read to guide you to the cause. Chris

The garage were unable to read the codes, they said they didn't have the right software,i have downloaded the trial of vol-fcr but my car doesn't have an obd2 socket,i have looked for a cable on the internet but was unable to find one, does anyone know where i can get one,i am an engineer myself so am capable of making one if need be but i don't know the wiring configuration so if someone could help me with that it would be much appreciated. Regards Steve J P.S The fault was a loose connector in the engine bay somewhere.
