Wotcher. Is it injected, you know, the non-electronic 'jection gear? If so, there is an idle control you can furgle with, its a knurled wheel mounted under the injector manifold (I think, going from memory here.) and biffing up the speed is pips. Regards, C.A.

It is the Bosch mechanical fuel injection, and that almost sounds too easy. So what should the idle be on one of these beauties? It's a B230E I think, and it's idling at about 550 once warm.
