Tint Colors

Is there a way to change the tint shades for selected vs unselected? I'm finding that the select options shows the color of the track (or very close to) while to unselect doesn't. How do I swap the two?

I may be misunderstanding what you mean, but in the actions list there's "Theme development: Show theme tweak/configuration window" where you can change the colors of the theme.
