Migrating FX Stack from AU to Reaper Bundled FX

Hi everyone! I come to reaper from a Logic Pro/GarageBand background. And, as such, I built my FX stack using AU effects. In an effort to learn more about the FX bundled with Reaper, I would like to migrate these settings to comparable FX that were bundled with reaper. After all, if I ever sit down in front of Reaper on a Windows machine, I won't have the AU plugins available. I am currently using: -Apple's AUHipass -Apple's AUDynamicsProcessor -Focusrite's Midnight Compressor* -Focusrite's Midnight EQ* -Apple's AUPeakLimiter *I have the Midnight Suite as VST plugins as well. So, though I'd like to know how to replace these as well, it isn't as much of an issue. I am attaching images of the plugin settings with the GUIs turned off. Thank you in advance for any help. Hi Steven, welcome on this forum! :) For a start, try the ReaPlugs (which you can also use in other hosts, at least on Windows) - like Apple's bundled AU's, they're very generic (both in sonic and visual aspects), but also have very good quality and excellent CPU efficiency: -Apple's AUHipass --> ReaEQ -Apple's AUDynamicsProcessor --> ReaComp / ReaXComp -Focusrite's Midnight Compressor* --> ReaComp / ReaXComp -Focusrite's Midnight EQ* --> ReaEQ -Apple's AUPeakLimiter --> ReaComp (I also like LOSER's MGA_JSLimeterST, installed by default)

Thanks for the info. I'll try some of this out in the studio tonight and see what I find.
