Adamsky has given you the basics. You prob know this already, but to be sure, DON'T FORGET TO PULL THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE FIRST!!! Once you get the black bezell (the surround??) off, you'll need to undo the 4 torx screws in the corners ( don't bother to try un-doing the two large torx screws that hold the metal clips on each side, it won't do you any good, the clips still won't come out. And, a magnetic driver comes in real handy to avoid loosing a torx bit or a screw in the dash frame) Once the 4 small screws are out, grip one of the upper corners (left works well because of the wire harness routing) close to the screw holes ( a pair of needle nose pliers works well for this, but be carefull to not break any of the plastic.) and gentley pull outwards. As you do this, you will most likely need to press in on the clip on that side to get the cluster out on that side. Once you get one side out, slide the cluster twoards oth side that is out and gentley work the whole cluster out towards the steering wheel. Since you are just replacing indicator lamps, you should have plenty of wiring harnes to roll the cluster around to get to the back. When you are done, and before you go to snap the cluster back in, it may be a good idea to wiggle the connectors (all but the speedo) and then reseat them to avoid another exercise in removal of the cluster (been there, done that, more than one or two times, yes, I'm an idiot, but I'm a knowledgable idiot). Alas, in response to your last query, no it isn't possible to go in the back way and access the indicator row, unless of course, your arms are about 3/4's of an inch in diameter and about eight feet long, and tou have about six or seven elbows......... (been there, tried that too,,,,, ouch, and had to remove the inst cluster to repair the damage..........) Good Luck, It's really a breeze once you've done it fifteen or twenty times.. best, Goat
