Hi, I have also had this problem, and I track it down to the fact that my auto update, had down loaded Ser pack to. Look in your add and remove programs and delete anything that states Ser Pack 2. Also there is a package that stops Ser Pack 2 from being installed at the digi site. I have jsut solved this problem and it was a pain in the ass. Also try powering your rack after your computer has booted up. i am know facing DAE Errors 9092, if you can help, please let me know. All the best Mr Church
